Rapid Opportunity Assessment

One hour to name what's actually slowing your business down.

The front door to Peak Momentum. You describe the business, we check it against your live site and real numbers, and you get three prioritized opportunities — with one recommended as the place to start.

$200, credited toward the pilot if you proceed. You get a written report whether or not you do.

Who it's for

Owners who know something is slipping and want it named.

The assessment is a fit if you're running the business, your team is small, and you're ready to share real numbers and workflows rather than shop for the cheapest tool.

  • You're losing time to manual, repetitive work
  • Leads arrive but follow-up is inconsistent
  • Your tools don't talk to each other
  • Too much routes through you to get done
  • You've tried AI in scattered ways with no clear result
  • You want one clear next step, not a nine-point roadmap

What gets assessed

The whole path from enquiry to paid customer.

We look at how work actually arrives and moves through the business — then check it against what the data says.

How work arrives

Where leads come from, how they're captured, and what happens between an enquiry and a paying customer.

Where the friction is

Manual estimates and reminders, handoffs that stall, and the steps that quietly depend on someone remembering.

Owner dependency

The decisions and tasks that route through you — and which of them don't need to.

Your tools

What's in use, what overlaps, and which systems actually talk to each other.

The evidence

Your live website, a 90-day analytics view, and real numbers — hours, sales, list size, conversion.

AI & automation fit

Where automation would genuinely pay off, and where it would just add another tool.

The path we trace

An illustrative path. In the assessment we map where value leaks in your specific business.

What you walk away with

A written report you can act on the same week.

Plain business language, not a slide deck of adjectives. Every finding carries the evidence that produced it, and every recommendation carries a next step and a measure.

  • Three prioritized opportunities, scored on value versus effort
  • One recommended as the place to start
  • The completed scorecard, so you can see why items ranked as they did
  • A pilot proposal with scope, expected outcomes, success criteria, and price
  • The report either way — it stands on its own if you don't proceed

How it works

Assess. Prioritize. Pilot.

The assessment covers Assess and Prioritize. The Pilot is the optional next step it points to.

1 2 3 ASSESS Listen, then check the data PRIORITIZE Score value vs. effort PILOT Build the one fix Working system you own THE ASSESSMENT · $200 THE PILOT · FROM $2,000
The $200 assessment covers Assess and Prioritize. If you proceed, it's credited toward the pilot.

Why assessment comes first

Building without a diagnosis is how the wrong thing gets built.

An owner who says "we need a CRM" often means "leads are going cold and I can't see where." Those are not the same problem, and only one of them is worth spending money on first. The assessment separates the two before anyone builds anything.

The promise

You will never be sold a solution before your problem has been named. If the timing is wrong or the budget is better spent elsewhere, you'll hear that plainly — and the report still stands.

Common questions

Before you book.

What does the $200 cover?

The full hour, the review of your live site and analytics, and the written report with three scored opportunities and a pilot proposal. If you proceed to a pilot, the $200 is credited toward it.

What do I need to bring?

A willingness to share how the business actually works, plus access to real numbers where you have them — hours per week, monthly sales, list size, conversion. Partial is fine; we send a short prep list ahead of time.

Will you try to sell me a big project?

No. The output is one recommended first step, sized to be the smallest useful version. If you don't need us, you'll hear that too.

Is this an AI consultation?

Not specifically. AI and automation are assessed as options where they'd pay off. The goal is a better-running business, not more software.

What happens after the report?

Nothing you don't choose. The report stands on its own. If a pilot makes sense, the proposal is already in your hands with scope, criteria, and price.
